1. Service Description

We provide professional financial and compliance services, including but not limited to: accounting, GST return filing, income tax return filing, company/LLP incorporation, trademark registration, internal audits, CMA reports, and loan assistance.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information and documents required for service execution. Delays or errors resulting from incomplete or incorrect data shall not be the responsibility of CreditDebit.in.

3. Payment Terms

All fees for professional services are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Government/statutory fees and any out-of-pocket expenses incurred during service delivery are non-refundable under all circumstances.

4. Refund Policy

If a client chooses to cancel a service, 50% of the consultancy fee (excluding any statutory/government fees) is refundable, provided the request is made within 5 calendar days from the initiation of the service. No refunds will be issued after this period.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is strictly limited to the total amount of professional fees paid by the client for the specific service rendered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, resources, and information provided on this website are the intellectual property of CreditDebit.in. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our materials is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.

7. Confidentiality

All client information is treated with strict confidentiality. We implement appropriate safeguards to protect your data but are not liable for breaches beyond our reasonable control, such as cyberattacks or third-party service failures.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Karnal, Haryana, or by the appropriate local courts, as applicable.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the client's responsibility to review this section periodically.
