Refund & Cancellation Policy
At CreditDebit.in, we aim to ensure complete transparency and client satisfaction. Please review our refund and cancellation terms carefully before availing any of our services.
1. Refund Eligibility
Only 50% of the consultancy fee is refundable if a cancellation request is submitted before the completion of the service. No refunds will be processed once the service has been fully or partially rendered.
2. Non-Refundable Charges
The following charges are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Government or statutory filing fees (e.g., MCA, GST, Income Tax, Trademark fees)
- Out-of-pocket expenses such as courier charges, notary services, and incidental costs
- Professional fees for services that have already been completed
3. Refund Timeline
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days after the request is reviewed and approved by our accounts team.
4. Cancellation Procedure
To request a cancellation and refund, the client must send an email to creditdebitadvisor@gmail.com with the following details:
- Full Name
- Service Name
- Date of Purchase
- Reason for Cancellation
Requests missing key details or sent to incorrect email addresses may not be processed.
5. Discretion of Approval
All cancellation and refund requests are subject to review and approval by the CreditDebit.in team. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the stated criteria.
